REHABILITATION PROCESS
You will undergo a full musculoskeletal objective And subjective assessment. Red flags will be assessed.
Step One:
Intital Assessment
Using a variety of techniques such as joint mobilization, joint manipulation, sot tissue techniques and dry needling we will minimize pain and optimize movement.
Step Two:
Pain Modulation
Our physiotherapist will provide you with a complete home exercise program to help you maintain the gains achieved in the clinic.
Step Three:
Programming
All clients will be regularly re-assessed to ensure the program is eliciting functional improvements towards the therapeutic goals established in the initial visit.
