He takes an exercise-focused approach to care, combining strength and conditioning principles, manual therapy, and functional dry needling to help clients recover from injury, improve performance, and build long-term resilience. Whether working with athletes striving to return to competition or individuals looking to move and feel better in everyday life, Andrew is committed to delivering evidence-based, individualized care.
Andrew holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, athletic performance, injury prevention, and helping clients confidently return to the activities that matter most to them.
