Originally from Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador, Julia Windsor graduated from Memorial University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2018.

Julia began her physiotherapy career in Halifax, Nova Scotia, working in both hospital and private clinic settings. In 2021, she returned to Newfoundland, where she continued working with patients admitted to hospital and gained extensive experience providing therapeutic interventions to individuals with a wide range of conditions and functional impairments. Throughout her career, Julia has developed a particular interest in geriatric care and falls prevention. She recently furthered her education by completing a Geriatric Rehabilitation and Healthy Aging course through the University of Alberta.

With her extensive hospital-based experience and knowledge, Julia understands the importance of post-hospitalization and post-operative rehabilitation from a multi-system approach, especially in the home setting. She uses evidence-based practice and hands- on clinical experience to guide individualized treatment programs and achieve the best outcomes for her patients.
