Liz grew up in Clarenville, NL, where her multi-sport background sparked a lifelong interest in movement and rehabilitation. She earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) from Memorial University in 2019 while competing as a varsity athlete on the track and field team. She completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2024.

Before transitioning to physiotherapy, Liz worked as an Occupational Therapist in both Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland. This experience brings a unique, function-focused perspective to her physiotherapy practice, emphasizing independence and meaningful activity.

Liz is passionate about helping people stay active throughout their lives and empowering them to take control of their own health and wellbeing. She takes a client-centered approach that combines targeted exercise with hands-on manual therapy to support individuals in achieving their goals.

Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, general orthopaedics, post-operative joint rehabilitation, and courtside sports coverage. She has completed continuing education in manual and manipulative therapy and is certified as an Emergency Sports First Responder.
